R81
Cannot check out documents
Error reads "Error: -26700 Description: Invalid Hash Type for this operation: 7 Source: CheckoutFile_ConvertPageList.PVDMDocViewControls"
This issue is happening due to the ImageSilo R82 upgrade, and the API is not compatible. Digitech has provided a patch to make R81 work again
The patch is located in V:\software\Digitech\PaperVision Web Assistant R81[With Hotfix] and the file is "Hotfix.zip"
Solution 1
Papervision Web Assistant will need to be updated to the latest version provided by Digitech.

On the left navigation menu click “Downloads”
Look for “ImageSilo Web Assistant at the very top” and click the “Download” Button
Once the download completes, run the setup file(Administration rights are required and will need a privileged account to install)
Once the setup completes, proceed to look for the document to check out in question
Click the “edit” tab then “checkout Document”

Annotations made in R82 cannot be viewed in R81 or the web viewer at all
This is due to Digitech re-writing the Annotations functionality
Solution

Mass Exporting Documents
When exporting over 50 documents, it will get stuck in "Preparing Documents" then lock up
When exporting over 25 documents with a large file size, it will get stuck in "Preparing Documents" then lock up.
Solution
Export a smaller amount of documents at a time
Exported Images and Legacy Paperflow
Exported images from PVWA R82 is known to break Legacy Paperflow image import, turning the image into "static"
Solution
There is no known solution at this time, best option is to downgrade to R81 for now.
ImageSilo requests to download PVWA even though it is already running
This is an ongoing issue occurring on multiple clients ever since R81.
Solution 1 - Change to use direct launch
Have the client follow these steps
Login into Imagesilo and try to open a document
When the error dialog appears select "Use Direct Launch" then click "OK"
Attempt to open a document again, note that it will take a minute or two to open the viewer for the first time.
Ask the client to let us know if these steps were successful
Solution 2 - Change to use web browser(last resort)
Ask if the user scans into Imagesilo using Papervision Web Assistant, if they do, you cannot apply this solution as they will need Papervision Web Assistant installed.
Have the user move over to the web based viewer following the steps below
Login to ImageSilo and go to the left navigation bar and click "System Settings"
Click "User Options"
Click "Document Viewing" tab and click "Use Browser-based viewer"
