You will learn how to install PaperVision Web Assistant when necessary on client environments that allow direct access or on a computer internally in CASO, and helping client employees install PaperVision Web Assistant

For Internal CASO Installation

Download

Download the PaperVision Web Assistance from this link https://login.imagesilo.com/Install/PVWA/PaperVision%20Web%20Assistant.exe

Install

  1. Install and Run as Administrator 
  2. Confirm by searching and opening a document 

For BWIS Installation

  1. Email Anthony.Binney@bankofthewest.com
  2. Subject should be "Install PVWA for User(HD#1234" (filling in user with full name and HD# with actual ticket number)
  3. Good example

  4. Send the email and await for response, BWIS help desk will reach out to the employee and install PVWA on his or her workstation.

For CMC Installation

Reach out to cmc.helpdesk@cmc.com or CC them in the email when you send the login credentials to the user, Make sure that the user is in group A or B, otherwise disregard the PVWA installation for the user.
