R81
Cannot check out documents
Error reads "Error: -26700 Description: Invalid Hash Type for this operation: 7 Source: CheckoutFile_ConvertPageList.PVDMDocViewControls"
This issue is happening due to the ImageSilo R82 upgrade, and the API is not compatible. Digitech has provided a patch to make R81 work again
The patch is located in V:\software\Digitech\PaperVision Web Assistant R81[With Hotfix] and the file is "Hotfix.zip"
Solution
The hotfix is only needed if you need to check out documents and add/remove pages with the old version.
To install the hotfix, follow the instructions below.
On the taskbar icon, look for the Papervision logo that has a green dot, right click -> Exit to close the program
Navigate to c:\program files (x86)\digitech systems\Common files
Drop the files in that folder from the hotfix and overwrite any files
Go to start -> digitech systems -> PaperVision Web Assistant
Open a one page document in question, check out and verify that you can add/remove pages once again.
