1. Shut down PaperFlow completely (make sure it’s also shut down in the task-tray and task manager)
2. Navigate to C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Digitech Systems\PaperFlow folder
3. Backup the UserSettings folder to desktop
4. Rename the UserSettings folder
5. Relaunch PaperFlow
If the problem doesn't resolve, then escalate this issue to level 2 and assign to Chris Rodriguez.
