When checked on another workstation, everything looks normal.
...
Explanation:
This is typically due to a setting added in Windows 7 (and newer operating systems) that displays text and icons in a larger font, to make text easier to read when running a high resolution setting.
To access this setting:
- Right-click on the Windows Desktop
- Select Screen resolution from the menu that opens
- In the “Screen Resolution” window, select Make text and other items larger or smaller
- The “Display” window will open, showing three settings: 100%, 125% and 150%.
- In order for the ImageSilo website to display as intended, the setting needs to be to Smaller – 100% (default).
- Set this to 100% and click Apply. Note that unless the user logs off, the change won’t take effect.
Once the user logs back into Windows, the website should then display normally.
Note: As of version R74, ImageSilo requires Internet Explorer 8 or above. If a user is running Internet Explorer 7, the display of the website will be affected until they upgrade to Internet Explorer 8.
