Please use the following steps to help DHS install PaperVision Web Assistant |
To help resolve the issue with viewing and exporting from Imagesilo, you will need to install Papervision Web Assistant.
- Login to Imagesilo
- Look on the left navigation bar and click “Downloads”
- On top of the list, you will see “Imagesilo Web Assistant” Click the download button below
- Let the application download and to your computer.
- At this time you may need your IT department to assist you installing the application, as it may require administrative rights.
- Once the application has finished downloading, double click to start the installation
- Go through the installation prompt and let the application install
- Once installation has finished, navigate back to Imagesilo and attempt to open a document in question to confirm that Papervision Web Assistant launches.
