Problem:
When launching Scanning Station, the user is presented with:

Reasons:
- Possibly the Processing Server is not started.
- The Application Server's address is not specified in the Processing Server's properties sheet.
- The address indicated in the properties sheet of the Processing Server differs from the address indicated in the Scanning Station's settings. For example, one address can be an IP address but another can be a machine name.
Solutions:
