In this article we will review how to change your password from within your ImageSilo Account. This will also be the procedure to reset your password in ECMToolbox that is using ImageSilo.
First you will login to your ImageSilo entity with the known username and password.Then , password, and Entity ID. If you are not sure of your Entity ID, please reach out to CASO Support.
Once logged in, click on your name at the top-right corner, then click on the “Change Password” option.
